The Text Messaging Splash Screen


To open the Text Messaging application, first press JUMP then roll the TRACKBALL until you highlight the Phone Messaging icon in the left-hand "ring" of applications. Press or roll the TRACKBALL right to open the second-level ring of applications, then highlight Text Messaging. The Text Messaging "splash" screen will appear on the right:

Text Messaging-Sidekick LX - Sidekick

The splash screen shows all your unread text messages in the order received, with the message received most recently on top. Press the TRACKBALL to open the Text Messaging application and view the Browse Messages screen.

Note: Text messages are delivered via the "Short Message Service", also referred to simply as "SMS".

does anyone know if theres any way to save more than 50 messages in inbox and more than 50 in the sent?

My SideKick LX does not notify me when I get a text message. The message icon shows in the top right corner, but not sound notification is given. How do I fix this?! the volume on my phone is up to Max. and there is still no notification.

HELP!!

my phone dosent light up, vibrate, or ring when i recieve a SMS message. no its not on silent. yes it rings when i get a phone call. but not texts.
please tell me why cause this is really iratating me
