so bascially you have to have internet to get on AIM on the sidekick?
cos' thats what tmobile said. but, on the other phones - you didnt have to have internet to get on aim or any of the other messangers..

They need to add a sidekick with a touch screen. You can keep all the buttons and use the track ball when you re feeling to lazy to touch the screen. We should def keep the keyboard for when we have a heated conversation typing it on a keyboard will be faster than on a touch screen and they should add more applicatins for the sidekick and some of them should be FREE. I dont want to trade my sidekick in but the MYTOUCH is tempting me too...

i'm going to get a t-mobile sidekick. i am on a family plan. does the data plan seperate from the family plan or does it just add an extra cost to the plan. and if it adds an extra cost how much is it?

Can I just buy a sidekick and then buy the prepaid sim card and put it in the phone because I can't find a prepaid sidekick anywhere and I want the yellow one on their site but my parents have at&t and they're not switching

After converting mpeg files to 3pg files and adding them to my sidekick I am unable to play them. I get an error saying This file contains format errors and cannot be played. I have even tried different software to convert the file to 3pg. What am I doing wrong?

im gonna get the sidekick 2008. How much is the data plan, so i don't lose any data like contacts, text messages. Also the plan comes with text messaging and internet right Unlimited right.
