I know I can't use the internet, instant messaging and emails with an unlocked sidekick 2008 which is what I want. But what I would like to know is:
1. Could I add events to the calendar and will it save them? Do I have to have a memory card to do this or will the phone do it without a memory card? 2. Could I sync with Outlook for contacts? Would I need a memory card to save them to the phone? 3. Could I save notes and to do list? 4. Would I be able to hook up a bluetooth with the phone? 5. Would I be able to set the alarm and have it work? Thanks in advance Jeff

In the top right corner there is this symbol (looks like a robot face / some sort of face) that will not go away. I know pretty much ever symbol on my slide except this one. It just looks like some kind of robot / kind of face in the top right corner. Next to the vibrate symobol. Do you know what this means?

I need to buy a new battery for a friend of mine becuase her battery seems to be overcharged. I put my battery inside her phone and it came on as if nothing was wrong. So I know that her fone has a battery problem. What I want to know is,..whare do I get 1 from. TMobile doesn't sell them without a warranty. The T Mobile stores don't sell them. Neither does Best Buy or Radio Shack. I even went to the Manufacturer, Sharp, to see if they sold the fone's components and they said , ''No.'' I'm like, ''Where can I find a fresh Sidekick battery from?'' Does anyone know?

well i've had the '08 since october of last year and its july now (lonq time huh lol) so yeah its been a while and im planninq to sell my baby for 150+ it comes with a charqer, 4-5 covers, usb cord, and the box it came in... i want to purchase the '09 with the money i qet from my current sidekick... any takers? :)

i have a sidekick lx and i didn't have the internet plan...
does it mean that i can't download on my sidekick?? my download catalog says:" the catalog will be available once data sevice has been restored" what is that mean???? how to make the data sevice restore??
