Hi, does anybody know where to get the software for the sidekick id? i have the usb cord but it wont install w/o the software...

This phone is PERFECT but: Why is there no alarm? Alarms are very important! Some people rely on their phone alarms for waking up really early! and its very simple to be put in a phone! not even a tiny calculator in that big mobile? calculators are useful for homework or for trying to convert currencies, or for just wanting to know what 12 x 9 is, or how much a bunch of things cost! how did they miss these simple things while making the sidekick? unbelievable i think i should reconsider buying this phone. theres also no video camera which is weird, because theres a camera for pictures so why not add videos. MR.T-MOBILE SIDEKICK I THINK YOU SHOULD ADD CALCULATORS AND VIDEO CAMERAS AND ESPECIALLY ALARMS IN YOUR NEXT SIDEKICK PHONE! BIG SUGGESTION!!

My backlight on my ID stopped working. My friend who previously had an ID had this happened to her and she said that you can't get a new light, is this true? The backlight will work and then randomly stop working. Do you have any clue why this would be happenening or a way to make it stop?

I was wondering if there were more characters i could add to my phone. like stars and hearts when im texting my friends who have sidekicks to see? my boyfriend sent me some but i didnt know if there was somewhere i could get different ones. Thank you

I bought my sidekick from a friend its an id i know where the USB port is and i have the cable but i didn't get anytype of software from her, and i have been searching the web for anytpe of software that i could download to actually read my sidekick id. becauseof right now when i plug it in it will try and search for the new software but it wont be able to find it.
it would be a great help if someone could give me a link to where i can download the software for free thanks!

yo i got the iD nd i found a USB port on the right side of it under the place where u plug in the charger i jus wanted to know if u can do anything wit it or is it jus for show my friend said u can put music on it nd i jus wanna know if its true

im a ringtone fanatic.. on my razr i have over 100 up to date and throwback ringtones... so how can i get free tones? also how can i get free themes? cute ones and ect...please answer

This is unbelievable... I cant believe the id has no usb.. how am I going to put stuff inside like pictures or something?? Yo well.. if amyone can tell me why.. Im goin to give u a dollar. Lol just kidding!

Even though the sidekicks dont come with a calculators already on them, there is one that you can download for free on your download catalog. Its in the apllications under Personal Productivity. it simple but it works...as for the alarms on the sidekick. yea they need them
