Can I change the bumpers on my Sidekick ID device?
Yes you can! Read how in this section of the Owner's Manual: Replaceable Bumpers.
Can I use a stereo headset with my Sidekick ID device?
No, you can only use mono headsets with your Sidekick ID
How do I know what content is available and how do I get content for my Sidekick ID?
The on-device Catalog on the Sidekick ID will only show you content that can be purchased for that device. Therefore, the best way to find and download content available for the Sidekick ID is to visit the on-device Catalog once you have the device registered
How do I add photos to my device's Photo Album?
What types of image formats can I save to my device's Photo Album?
You can save the following types of image file email attachments to your device: ·
. jpg
. gif
. png
. bmp
Note that if the photo was attached to an email as a .gif, .png, or .bmp file, it will be transcoded into a .jpg when saved to the device's Photo Album

I have a t-mobile act. & i recently got a sidekick id from a friend for my daughter but when I put the sim card in all it says is waiting for activation and this has been more than 48hrs. I just need it so she can make calls & text her friends. Will she be able to get her fave 5 on it as well? Please help.

i just got a sidekick id but im not getting the sidekick package, do i have to wait the 48 hours for it to go to the welcome screen???
