Ok well i use to have a razor phone and then i bought my sidekick slide from my uncles friend. it was brand new, never been used, still in the box !! the problem is that when i put my chip in it says "A welcome screen will appear within 48 hours after purchase. if it does not,call customer care to check your account status. Untill then, press menue to place emergency calls." i waited and nothing happened and to make it worse i called customer care but they were useless???? So what do i do? plz help me i dont know what to do
