my trackball wont scroll down. just got it and it works find going up left and right but just wont really work going down? any suggestions

as it stated, when i get a txt message the contacts name doesnt appear and also i dont get notified for it. ill get an alert 2mins later but not an incint notification. i tried everything, and it still not working. can someone please help? please and thanks

The signal indicator swirls, then stays bold on 2 dots...I've tried taking the battery out, turning on and off, but for the last 2 days I haven't been able to get the "G".

It's really frustrating.


I'm in the US, I bought the SK last year.

Keyguard keeps locking by its self everytime i turn on my side kick lx cracked D: resetting to much for me..
Not being notified when i receive a new text message Freezing or Power Off by-itself Can't punch in spaces or enter to the next line on emails and notes.
no messages or voicemails but the trackball is blinking blue! help!
