I have a sidekick 3 and it is just sitting in my room because I haven't been able to sell it. I bought it new and used it for a week and then got a new phone for christmas and haven't used it since i bought all new parts for it and everything. If anyone is interested let me know!!!! I am looking to get $150 for it but give me your best offer and I will probably give it to you because I just want to get some money back from it and get it out of my possesion.

in case anyone posting didn't know, the main purpose of this site is obviously to monitor sidekick users for hackers and other people trying to circumvent this phone's user-antagonistic theme. It's basically the cyber-equivalent of a high-school dance with the principle leering over your shoulder to make sure you behave. Several of the posters, 'justarep' in particular, obviously work for either T-mobile or Danger. I can't believe the lengths T-mobile and Danger have gone to to protect this money-trap of a phone. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY ANY SIDEKICK PHONE EVER. I would advise against using any other Danger product in the future or subscribing to T-mobile services as well.

I have a Sidekick 3 and I love this phone. Awhile back I started to have complications with it now all and all it's completely dead. =( I now have the G1 but want my Sidekick 3 back. I love this phone. My Sidekick 3 was working fine; I didn't mind it at all that the LCD screen light was dead. Then I started having complications with the charging port.... Now I'm sadden to say, it's completely "DEAD" since I'm not able to charge it. Can anyone help or does anyone now where I can get it fixed?

Hi. I live in Poland. A couple months ago (in january 2009) I have bought Sidekick 3 in Canada without simlock. He has been working good for 5 months, but now I have a problem. On a screen next to Wireless signal strength indicator I can see Service connectivity indicators - two dots which meen getting IP address. I loose my money because of that and I can't use my sidekick. In Poland nobody can help me and I don't know what to do. Maybe someone can tell what can be cause of that and what can I do. Or my sidekick won't be working good any more? :(

I saw a picture of a SK3 that was closed, and I guess it was the wallpaper for the keygaurd that was displayed. It was lit up.
My question: How do I turn on the backlight while I'm in keygaurd and the phone is closed? Any other way besides the top-right bumper?

I have a sidekick 3 and want to upgrade but not pay the $300, so, i want to know if i buy a sidekick 2008 from ebay and put my sim card in, will it work or do i need to bring it in to a t-mobile store

I got a used sidekick 3 for free and its kinda beat up but not so bad. I just need to put on a cover and it'll be perfect.! My question is the lcd (the part that kicks up) is kinda loose like when i kick it open it dosent go and open fast like it opens half way and then i have to finish opening it.. If i go to a t-mobile store could they tighten that up for me for free or what should i do? How much is the sidekick unlimited plan for t-mobile?

I am having a problem with my Sidekick 3, I just bought a microsd card with minsd adapter and whenever I put it in the phone and turn it on it stays on the boot up screen with the 4 icons. But without the sdcard out the phone boots up normally. Does anyone know what the problem could be. I have spent over an hour on the phone with tmobile and have done a soft and hard reset to no avail. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for anyone's help in advance. I would appreciate it!
