ok i bought a sidekick today from a friend it worked fine for him so i asked him if i could buy it he said ok blah blah
so i got home put the sim card and battery and all when i turn it on everything seems fine tell the message saying that the wireless data GPRS/ EDGE is not avalible and doesnt let me do anything internet wise and it doesnt show up on the computer when i plug it in so i cant add themes and apps it calls and sends text messages fine tho help please i love the kick but its not doing good right now =/

everytime i go to the dl catalog screen it says "the catalog will be available once data service has been restored"

Okay, within the last few weeks I've noticed something strange happening with my Sidekick 3. Sometimes, the phone will just restart itself for no apparent reason. Sometimes it has happened while I had the phone open or just opened the phone to use it. Other times, my phone was just sitting there and I already know it is on, but I will hear the signature T-mobile sound when your first turn the phone on. I have always lost whatever tet messages I had saved. My emails and contacts remain intact as well as backgrounds and downloaded ringtones. Anyone have an idea of what the hell this is and how to fix it?

So my new Sidekick akeeps teling me the back cover is off and i have checked it several times and took it off and resecured it. Has anyone else had this problem and how do you fix it Please!! it is super annoying

I keep pulling out the battery and that is reseting it.. how can i fix it with out fucking my phone up!? |

K so I bought this phone. LSS the screen went out. I can hear the sound of the Trackball, and the backlightlight comes on, but the screen doesn't display anything. T-Mobile online said to do the "soft" reset, and if that didn't work, to contact a T-Mobile rep. Still waiting for a response...

ii am so0o0o mad!! lOok man,i have a sidekick 3 and i like lost the case so i be having it loose everywhere i go...and it fell many many times...and it has scratches and bumps and scabs...but the screen is perfectly fine. ONce i was charging it...and the orange light turned off...which means that its not chargin anymore...and it was not turnin on for many days...nd my dad is a technician so he took it to his work and observed it. it seems that the battery was no good at first...but then he had a USB charger that he had and it started to work agaiN! so he brought it home and i started using it. So what happened was that the charger was UNCHARGING the battery and takin away the power...BUT THEN MY PHONE IS NOT TURNING BACK ON STILL! nothing works! idk what to do! i need my phone! but i dont have it registered with internet so it really isnt much that im missing but still i need my SIDEKICK!!!!!

hi, i have a sidekick 3 i just bought, i live in venezuela, and it work fine for text messages but when i call someone the person on the other side can`t hear it sometimes work but then it doesn`t, what can i do? And the phone doesn`t wants to connect to internet, pleasee i need hellpp!

okay. my sis had a sidekick 3 and then she gave it to me. i hae used one before with my sim and it worked fine. but now when i put my sim in it says something about waiting for an activation. and that take s48 hours or so. that has never happened when i put my sim in any sidekick can anyone tell me how ot bypass this. PLEASE!!!!!!!

ok I just got a sidekick 3 from one of my friends and I can't get it to answer calls when I get them I hit the trackball to answer them and the screen just goes back to the jump menu but on the bottom of the screen it says hold the hang up button to end call and the caller just keeps ringing until my voicemail picks up and I don't know why cause my friend never had that problem either help me out please

I just bought a sidekick 3 from a friend. But while I am looking through the sidekick the key guard (secruity code) pops up every like minute. But I set it to go on after 2 hours. and I am NOT pressing down the button to activate it manually. I called up customer service and they couldn't help me =[....but there are people out there that have to know what's wrong with it so I would grately appreciate it if you can seriously help me because I want to enjoy it like everybody else

Help! My trackball not work,my bottons the back button..etc wont work it did not let me do anything. It like it froze on me. Once a while I do not recieve emails from my friends. It just wont cooperate with me , it is falling apart and I m stuck with this phone contract for another year.
