hi there its about sidekick 2008. i live in latvia its near germany and poland,i want the sidekick 08 soo bad,but i dont know if it will work in here. if i unlock it and get the phone,will the internet work and will i be able to call and text message ? :) In latvia is no T-mobile services. here are only Tele 2,Bite(vodafone). i realy want to get it and want to now if it will work . please help me .. :(

I have a Sidekick 2008 (Gecko) and I'm stressed with it. 1. Do anyone know how to block my number when I'm calling so it doesn't show up on the otehr person's id? Please don't tell me go to settings then advanced cause my phone does not have that under settings. It doesn't have Advanced period! 2. I never get an alret when I get a text message, all I see is the light blinking so I have to keep checking my phone. 3. Why when I receive text the name of the person doesn't show up? Only the number of the sender shows up? What's up with these Sidekicks? I was excited to get the phone but now its causing me more stress than not having one.

GO TO UR MEASSAGES AND PRESS MENU THEN DO DOWN TO SETTINGS CLICK ON IT AND THERE U CAN FIX IT OR GO TO UR FONE THE GO TO MENU CLICK SETTING THEN UR GOOD FROM THERE
