Save an Email Message as a Draft This is a featured page

If you are composing an email message and want to save it so you can resume composing or sending at a later time, save your message in the Drafts folder:

  1. With the message you're composing on the screen, simply press DONE Save an Email Message as a Draft  - Sidekick . (You can also press MENU Save an Email Message as a Draft  - Sidekick and select Safe as Draft.)
  2. The message is saved to the Drafts folder.
  3. To reopen a draft message, from the Browse Email screen scroll to highlight the draft message you want to open, then press the TRACKBALL. The message reopens in the Compose screen for editing.
  4. When finished, press MENU Save an Email Message as a Draft  - Sidekick to either:

    • Send [Save an Email Message as a Draft  - Sidekick M]
    • Save as Draft [Save an Email Message as a Draft  - Sidekick ]
    • Discard (entire draft) [Save an Email Message as a Draft  - Sidekick Save an Email Message as a Draft  - Sidekick ]
    • Discard Edits (from current draft) [Save an Email Message as a Draft  - Sidekick ]

Note: Be sure to Save as Draft after each edit, or you'll lose your edits.
