To open the Rock & Rocket application, first press Jump Rock & Rocket Splash Screen-Sidekick 2 - Sidekick , then rotate the wheel until you highlight the Rock & Rocket icon in the left-hand "ring" of applications. The Web Browser "splash" screen will appear on the right:
