Send a Voice Note that You Record on Your Sidekick LX

1. From the Multimedia Messaging Browse Messages screen, press MENUthen select Record Audio. The Stand By dialog box appears on your Sidekick.
2. Press Start Recording. Record your message by speaking into the microphone (located by the TRACKBALL).
3. While recording on your Sidekick, you can CANCEL, Pause, or Stop Recording. When finished, select Stop Recording.
4. Press Stop Recordingto bring up the Recorded dialog box. From this dialog box you can review your recording by selecting one of the transport controls: play from beginning, play, reverse, fast forward. You can also CANCEL the recording altogether or Re-record .
5. Once you select Save, the voice note is attached as a "sound" to a multimedia message, ready for you to address. You can also add a picture and additional slides to the message before sending.
