To open the Notes application, first open your Jump page by following the instructions to the "Desktop Interface" provided in the Start Guide (included in the box with your device). Once on the Jump page, click the Notes icon 
at the top-left, or click the title in the Notes section of the page. The Browse Notes view will display:
