If a friend sends you a phone number, URL, or email address in a conversation, you can take an action on that item from the conversation itself. Simply roll the TRACKBALL to highlight the link, then press and hold the TRACKBALL to open a context menu with all the link options. Press the TRACKBALL once to take the default action.

You can also take the link action from the menu.

If the conversation also contains an embedded email address or phone number, the menu options will include appropriate links. Simply select the appropriate menu option to:

• Go to the URL via the Browser application or add the URL to your bookmarks folder.
  
  
• Send a message via the Email, Text Messaging, or MMS application.
  
  
• Place a phone call via the Phone application.
  
  
• Add an address or phone number to your Address Book.
  

Note that your conversation will stay open while you use another application to take one of these actions.
