To add or edit text in a text field, you must first roll the TRACKBALL to highlight the field. If the text is not editable at that point, then press the TRACKBALL to enter edit mode. Use the D-PAD or TRACKBALL to navigate within a text field:

• To move character-by-character, press the D-PAD or roll the TRACKBALL up/down or left/right.
• To jump to the beginning/end of a word, press ALT + D-PAD or TRACKBALL left/right.
• To jump to the beginning/end of a line,
  
  • press ALT + or , or
  • press MENU + TRACKBALL left/right.
• To jump to the top/bottom of a text field, press MENU + or .
