ok whenever i use the music player its all good until like 2 min later it starts to lagg my whole entire phone and it really is starting to piss me off. Is there any thing i can do about it cus i got my ipod stolen and this is the best i got plz help me!! :(

i was wondering if anybody knows if or when they are going to allow us to put our mp3s as our ringtones because having to buy one is not good especially if u have over 10 contacts with different ringtones if anybody knows i would appreciate it thanx

k, s probably a really dum question, but have to ask it anyways. I got mp3's downloaded onto my sidekick lx no problem. But when I go to play them I can barely here it as it is playing out the small speaker where you would hear people talking when on the phone,
Any way to make this so that it comes through the speakerphone, or something so i can acrually HEAR them LOL, thanks. Also - is there a way to play streaming radio through here?

i downloaded music tap on my phone. you know its lets us listen to one anothers music. so how do we actually listen to the music? we see what each other is listening to but we can't hear anything. someone let me know please. endiana@tmail.com

like wen ur transferrin stuff like pics or music: i kept havin my sidekick disapearin in windows wen i was tryna work with it. switched out mem cards and was still havin the same prob, i FINALLY figured out wat the prob was. I had the usb cable plugged into a hub, and wen i tried pluggin it directly onto one of the free usb ports on the computer itself, BOOM - worked like a charm! apparently the sidekick doesnt like HUBS! oh well issue resolved and i just wanted to share the hard won knowlege with the rest of u sidekick heads out there! rock on! -mikey

I KNOW THERE ARE SOME THAT THIS COME VERY EASY FOR BUT FOR ME IT JUST ISN'T EASY. I HAVE INSERTED MY MEMORY CARD, DID WHAT I THOUGHT WAS RIPPING THE MUSIC, BUT WHEN IT WAS ALL SAID AND DONE MY SIDEKICK SIMPLY SAID ONLY ACCEPTS MP3 FILES SO MY QUESTION IS THIS. HOW DO I CONVERT THE MUSIC I HAVE ON MY PC TO MP3 FILES? WOW I'M SORRY IN ADVANCE IF THIS IS A STUPID QUESTION, AND I GUESS I'M JUST A STUPID WOMAN CAUSE I JUST CANNOT FIGURE THIS OUT, HOWEVER I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE SOMEONE WITH PATIENCE REALLY HELPING ME HERE. if you download music from Limewire and have it saved to a folder on your computer i.e. - My Music or Shared Music you can easily copy that music to your sidekick when connected through USB.
Also, a shortcut for the music player is the lower left nav button (the circle of dots) and the lower right nav button (the arrow). Use the X nav button to stop or play music. :) |

Do you ppl read the manual or anything? its so easy to put music, connect to your computer, open the sidekick folder, click and drag your music to the MUSIC folder. It plays mp3's only. If you purchased music from the itunes store, you have to find a program that rips .m4p OR from itunes burn the songs to a disc (as in an audio cd), then from the cd rip it to your computer using winamp or even media player, i didnt try it w/itunes but you can try. If its also protected file, it may not play. I have no problem w/my music i've dl'ed and bought.

Seriously ... why is it so hard to get music on this thing. I have tried many sites.. MP3 sites suck by the way! I use Itunes and that wont convert purchased songs to MP3 .. this is killin me. Someone please help... I need an idiot proof manual or something!!! HELP!

I have tried different music sites and have bout music from i tunes, Rhapsody, napster and non of them work on my sidekick also I have downloaded cds and tried to transfer songs from my computer to the sidekick 3 and they do not work. Where do you get mp3 music from that wil work on a sidekick 3.
