Manage myFaves Contacts for a Sidekick 3This is a featured page

  • Customers have several ways to manage their myFaves contact numbers:

    • myFaves-compatible handset
    • Online (My T-Mobile)
    • Speech IVR

  • Each of the five contact numbers can be changed only once per calendar month (not bill cycle).
  • Adding a contact number for the first time in an empty slot is considered a contact change. Customers cannot change or replace that contact number until the next calendar month.
  • After a contact number has been added to an empty slot, the number can be changed or replaced (in the next calendar month) but cannot simply be deleted from the slot
  • Contact number changes take effect as soon as the customer receives the confirmation text message, the hourglass symbol on their handset disappears, and the new contact name appears under the contact circle.
  • Customers can change the name associated with a myFaves contact number at any time, and as often as they like.
  • customers can call #646# to review their Whenever minutes usage.
