Hi folks, I bought a Sidekick LX 2009 model of ebay. It is locked to TMobile USA but I need to unlock it to TMobile UK. I know you can unlock it via buying the IMEI code on the internet but I believe the previous owner has locked it as already as it doesnt ask me to put the special code in when I switch it on. How do you reset the phone to enable me to unlock it via IMEI special code? Any help would be great. Ta

I need some help. My the swivel on my screen just broke on my sidekick lx. It swivels 360 now. Everything still works great, but the magnets or something is broken. I don't really know. What keeps the screen from staying, just rotating 180? Someone help please!

My LX just turned off by itself and when I turned it back on, all my contacts were gone! Has this happened to anyone? Any idea how I can get them back??

my sidekick just broke): they said i need to pay 130 for the phone and if i use my insurance to get a new sidekick lx would i get the same sidekick lx (midnight blue 2007) or would i get the new sidekick lx (2009)?

well i had a sidekick 3 but today i just bought an lx from my friend. so i inserted the sim card to the lx but its not reading it!! why is this happening please help...

Hey! im buying a sidekick LX off the internet and use it with Rogers wireless, anive been hearing that you can only get rintones threw Tmobile? Would i be able to you my MP3's as a ringtone, or get ringtones off TV commercials?

I am a long time user of sidekicks. Back in the dark ages when the battery was built in and no way to change them myself. I had an LX for a while but the trackball wouldnt work sometimes. So when the replacement came, NONE of the updates were installed! The tabbed e-mail is a luxury! Ive been trying for 2 days to get the updates to come through. ANNOYING! I wish there was a menu option where you can update the device manually without having to turn it on and off over and over... I feel stupid doing that... oy. Any suggestions???

So, I'm thinking of moving on from my SK3 to the sKLX just like the rest of the SK3 world. But I'm wondering?
Can you receive picture messages now directly on the SKLX? With the SK3 you have to login to your Tmobile pics account to view a picture message someone has sent you..which irks me if I can't get connected to the internet via my SK3. Its seem such a hassle. So if the SKLX can receive pic messages on the phone via text messaging messages...I'm in... Any info would be awesmoe... thanks y'all...

Well I have my sidekick for about 2-3mths now and personaly...its realy starting to get on my nervous of how worthless it comes down to being and money wasted. The only good about the sidekick lx is for texting, but even that has alot of missing features. Im pretty sure alot of us know whats wrong with sidekick/tmobile...cant find ringtones YOU WANT!, cant transfer bluetooth files, its kinda slow, signal sucks, the blinking light is annoying, picture quality sucks especially at night!, and bunch of other stuff. Dont get me wrong i do like it for textn! but thats it!...SO I JUS WANTED TO KNW IF NEBODY OUT THERS IS THINKIN BOUT DITCHIN THERE SIDEKICKS 2?
