I sync'd my contacts, but my device's nickname field does not appear in Outlook.

Unfortunately, Intellisync does not support the synchronization of this field (Nickname) to Outlook. If you want a nickname you've assigned to a contact on your device to appear in Outlook, you'll have to enter it manually.
