This page describes what the wireless operator contact informations is and how to use it.

Your device comes with your wireless operator's Customer Care contact information already entered for you. To find this information, do the following while you are in the Address Book:

1. On the Browse Contacts screen, scroll to the Customer Care entry; press the TRACKBALL to open the contact details screen. Tip: If you don't see the Customer Care entry, press MENU and make sure in the View subment that either the All or Work category is selected.
2. To phone your wireless operator's Customer Care department:
   
   • From the contact details screen, scroll to highlight the phone number.
   • Press MENU then select Call
