It's easy. Just follow these steps, assuming you've already provided your username and password on the Configuration Settings page:

  1. Open the Intellisync client on your desktop, then click the Set Up button.
  1. On the Configuration Settings page that opens, click Configure Applications to open the Configuration dialog box.
  2. Select the Events check box, then click the Choose button.
  3. In the Available Translators group box, select MS Outlook.
  4. In the Operation group box, select the Synchronize option, then click OK.
  5. On the Configuration dialog box, click Advanced to open the Advanced Settings for Events dialog box.
  6. Click the Confirmation tab, then select both the options, Confirm Record Deletions and Confirm Record Changes and Additions. Click OK, then OK again to dismiss the Configuration dialog box.
  7. On the Configuration Settings dialog box, click Save.
  8. On the Main Intellisync window, click Sync.
  9. As the synchronization progresses, you will see a status, and then a confirmation window:

  10. If you want to view the names of the events, click Details; otherwise, click Accept to proceed with the synchronization.
