This page explains how to change the views of your photos.
You can view the photos in each album in the following ways:
- Thumbnails View - Screen displays photos in a grid. Can zoom to display from (6 across x 4 down) to (2 across x 1 down).
- List View - Screen displays photos vertically with photo information. Can zoom to display from two down to six down on a screen.
- Full Screen View - Screen displays one photo at a time, filling the screen. From this view you can open the photo in "actual size", which most likely will not fit on the screen.
By default, your albums open in Thumbnail view. To switch among views, press
D then select the view you want. Note: If you are viewing a memory card album and think you have more/less images actually on the card than you're seeing on your device, try "refreshing" the view of the card: Press
MENU 
and select
View > Refresh [
H]. The card contents will reload to your device. This situation could occur if you are using a downloaded application to create image files that are stored on the memory card.
Thumbnails View The Thumbnails view is illustrated below.
Use the
TRACKBALL or
D-PAD to scroll through your album. To zoom in or out, press
MENU 
then select
View >
Zoom In [
K] or
Zoom Out [
L].
The number of photos remaining (the number you can still store in the current album location) is shown in the screen in the upper-left corner. The number of photos you have selected (checked) is shown in the upper-right corner of the screen, along with the total size. The photo currently highlighted is shown outlined in yellow.
List View To view your photos with their information (name, date, size), select the List view by pressing
MENU 
and selecting
View >
List.
As with the Thumbnail view, use the
TRACKBALL or
D-PAD to scroll through your album photos. To zoom in or out, press
MENU 
then select
View >
Zoom In [
K] or
Zoom Out [
L]. To edit a photo's name, highlight the photo, then press and hold the
TRACKBALL to bring up the context menu; select
Photo Info [
E] and make your changes in the dialog box that appears.
This view displays the date and time the photo was captured as well. If you zoom all the way in, you can see photo size info.
Full Screen View To get a larger look at any of your photos, highlight a picture in the Thumbnail or List view, then from the menu select
View >
Full Screen [

]. The highlighted image appears on the screen.
To scroll through your photos in full screen view, use the
TRACKBALL or
D-PAD. The approximate position of the photo within the album is shown in the vertical bar to the right. In the upper-right corner, the number of photos selected (checked) is shown along with total selection size (in the illustration above, three photos are checked). In the lower-left corner, the name of the photo and its selection state displays.
You can switch the album you're viewing in Full Screen view by pressing
MENU 
and selecting
View >
Load > <
album name>.
Actual Size If you want to view your photo in actual size, press
MENU 
then select
View >
Actual Size. To move around in the photo, use the
D-PAD or
TRACKBALL, or press
MENU 
and use the commands:
Center Photo,
Fit to Screen,
Zoom In,
Zoom Out. The picture-in-picture in the upper-right corner will keep you oriented.
To escape Actual Size view and return to the Full Screen view, press
DONE
