What is the warranty on the battery? We bought our Sidekick about 6 months ago, and now we can't recharge it. (Accessories are under warranty for 90 days. --justarep)
When the battery on your sidekick 3 won't charge, call T-mobile. You should have a 1 year warranty on the device. The sidekicks have an issue where the charging port dies, not the battery.

The same thing just happened to me. I bought a new charger and battery and both did not work. I had to call T-Mobile and send it away to be repaired. I My SK3 back rather quick, i think the whole process took about 6 days!!!
Troubleshooting: My sidekick deleted all of my contacts and the wait to get help from tmobile was 2 hours so can anyone help me get back the numbers?
Well eventually you will get them back. It will take about 5 minutes or so to get your info back. All your contacts and anything you put on your sidekick are saved under you tmail address. As long as you remember your tmail name and password, you will never lose your info.
I LOST THE BACK TO MY SDK3, WHERE CAN I GET ANOTHER ONE?

MY SD CARD KEEPS READING MEMORY CARD ERROR PLEASE INSERT ANOTHER MEMORY CARD. IT SOMETIMES WORKS WHEN I TURN IT OFF AND TAKE THE SIMS CARD OUT FOR AWHILE BUT IF I TURN THE PHONE COMPLETELY OFF IT WILL KEEP SAYING ERROR..HELP PLEASE!!!!
