"T-MOBILE USA - FAVES HOME SCREEN MADE AVAILABLE FOR SELECT SIDEKICK CUSTOMERS"

March 10, 2009 - The Favessm home screen from T-Mobile® has been made available for some of our loyal and extremely social T-Mobile Sidekick® customers. We are offering this opportunity so some of our customers, who do not currently have myFaves®, can experience the ease of one-touch connections available through the Faves home screen even without having the myFaves calling plan. NOTE: The Faves home screen does not include the myFaves unlimited calling feature and will not result in any changes to a customer's rate plan.
Sidekick customers were specifically chosen and are the only group currently receiving this benefit from T-Mobile now (or "at this time" or "currently"). Soon, a text message or e-mail will be sent to the devices of qualifying customers asking if they would like to install this feature - qualifying customers only need to accept in order to take advantage of the convenient Faves home screen.

  • What is the Faves home screen? Customers can add their favorite five contacts or people they call the most to the Faves Home Screen to enable faster connections to their family and friends (delete "faster" at the end of the sentence as duplicative).
How would I use the Faves home screen? Allows customers to identify and store five contact numbers and easily keep in contact with one-touch dialing and text messaging - see picture above.

The Faves home screen gives customers a simple and convenient one-touch connection (calling and texting) and the ability to personalize the home screen with pictures of their favorite five people. This is a fun and easy way for customers to stay in touch with the people they care about the most.
