Will the Catalog Items I Purchased on My T-Mobile Sidekick® II Be Available on My T-Mobile Sidekick® 3?

Starting with the T-Mobile Sidekick 3, items available for download are specific to the Sidekick model. This means that any items you download to a T-Mobile Sidekick 3 can be installed and used only on a T-Mobile Sidekick 3. Similarly, any items you download to a T-Mobile Sidekick II can be installed and used only on a T-Mobile Sidekick II.

Any items you have downloaded to another type of T-Mobile Sidekick (Sidekick l, Sidekick II, or Sidekick Color) will not be automatically downloaded to your T-Mobile Sidekick 3. If you switch back and forth between devices, and you own the item on both devices, your personal settings are automatically synchronized between the two.

If I Downloaded, and then Uninstalled an Item on My T-Mobile Sidekick® II, Can I Re-download the Item to My Sidekick® 3?

No. If you downloaded, and then uninstalled an item on a T-Mobile Sidekick II, it will not appear as an uninstalled item in your T-Mobile Sidekick 3 downloads list. The item can only be re-installed to a T-Mobile Sidekick II that is registered to your account. Likewise, if you download an item to a T-Mobile Sidekick 3 and uninstall it, the item can only be re-installed to a T-Mobile Sidekick 3 that is registered to your account.
