If you want or need to discard (permanently) any ringtones or applications from your device, then follow these instructions.

1. From the Jump screen, select Download Catalog, then scroll up and select Downloads.
   
   
2. From the Downloads screen, open the folder containing the item you want to remove. (To open a folder, highlight the folder then press the D-PAD or roll the TRACKBALL right.)
   
   
3. Roll the TRACKBALL to highlight the item you want to remove.
   
   
4. Press MENU then select Discard [ ]. You can also press the DEL key.
   
   
5. You will receive a dialog box, confirming that you want to remove the item. Select Discard to remove the item permanently, or Back to keep the item after all.

Note: You can also discard a downloaded application from two other screens:

• The Jump screen: Highlight the application, press MENU then select Edit "Name-of-App" > Discard, or press . On the confirmation dialog box that appears, select the Discard button.
  
  
• The Downloaded Item Details screen: Select the Discard button or press . On the confirmation dialog box that appears, select Discard.

Back to Downloads screen.
