Create Photo Caller ID-Sidekick LXThis is a featured page

You can associate a photo that you've saved in a Camera photo album with a contact. This means that when you receive a phone call from that contact, you'll see the associated photo in the incoming call dialog box. Note that currently you can associate photos with up to 50 of your contacts. Here's how to do it:
  1. Take a picture of the contact with your device and save it to a photo album. If you want, you can wait to take the photo until step Step 6.

  2. In the Address Book, highlight the contact you want to associate with the photo, and press MENUsidekick2 - Animals E to open the Contact Edit Details screen.

  3. The Edit Identity button should be highlighted by default. Press the TRACKBALL to open the Identity dialog box.

  4. Roll the TRACKBALL up to highlight the icon and press. The icon selector appears.

  5. Highlight the Photo ID iconCreate Photo Caller ID-Sidekick LX - Sidekick (the first icon), then press the TRACKBALL. You are taken to your photo albums.

  6. Use the TRACKBALL to select a photo (a check appears under the photo when it's selected). Note that at this point you could also choose to take a new photo and use that for the Photo ID.

  7. With the photo selected, press MENUsidekick2 - Animals and select Use Checked sidekick2 - Animals. A smaller version of the photo appears on your contact's Identity dialog box.

  8. Assign the photo and dismiss the Identity dialog box by pressing DONE sidekick2 - Animals.
  9. Press DONE sidekick2 - Animals again to save the photo with your contact information.
