If you experience a "crash" of your device, in which it freezes up, try one of the following:

• Turn the device off by holding the power button down for at least three seconds. Then press the power button again to power on.
• Perform a soft reset (restarts device without shutting off its power) by pressing the following keys simultaneously: @ + 1 + 0.

If your device is still frozen, then call your operator's Customer Care number for assistance.
