Add/Edit Address Book from the call log screen - sidekick iDThis is a featured page

If one of your Call Log entries is in your Address Book, you can easily edit this entry from the Call Log. If an entry in your Call Log is not in your Address Book, you can easily add that contact to your Address Book from the Call Log. Note that you can also add callers to, or edit callers already in, your Address Book from the main dialing screen. The last caller is the object of the "Add to Address Book" menu action. From the Call Log, do the following:
  1. Press MENU Add/Edit Address Book from the call log screen - sidekick iD - Sidekick then select Call Log [Add/Edit Address Book from the call log screen - sidekick iD - Sidekick L]. Your Call Log appears.
  2. Scroll to highlight the name/number you want to add or edit, then press MENU Add/Edit Address Book from the call log screen - sidekick iD - Sidekick and select Add to Address Book [Add/Edit Address Book from the call log screen - sidekick iD - Sidekick @] or Edit Address Book [Add/Edit Address Book from the call log screen - sidekick iD - Sidekick E] (the appropriate entry will appear).
  3. Either the Add to Address Book dialog box appears with the caller's name and number filled in--if that information is available, or (if the contact is already in the Address Book), the Edit Contact Details screen appears, ready for editing. The Add to Address Book dialog box looks like the following:

  4. Complete or edit the fields, as you wish. When finished, select Add. If you are editing an existing contact, press DONE Add/Edit Address Book from the call log screen - sidekick iD - Sidekick .
  5. The contact information is saved and you are returned to the Phone application.
Back to Call Log screen.
