No It's Actually Not.Download it to your computer first Then Go To sklxthemes.com Then scroll slightly down to the Navigation Bar. And Select Create Own Theme.Once you're there you will then give your theme a name (EX:SKLX).Then Put In YOur Name As The Author.Then Press Browse On Main Background Choose YOur Photo.But You Can Also Do SubScreen Background And Keygaurd.You Dont Need Any Of The Other Stuff.Scroll All The Way DOwn And Click Create Theme!You Will Then Go To A New Page That Has The Pictures You Uploaded.They're Will Be The Word "Download" Before The Picture(s) Start Click That.A Dialog Will Pop Up Click Save Not Open.Then Make Up A Folder Name And It Will Download.
